- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Our whole family goes to Family Health Associates and we see Dr. Earl. He is professional, knowledgeable, down to earth and will get you the answers you need. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because almost every time you call, you are put on hold and half of the time they take quite a while to call you back and sometimes they don't. Also a lot of times you can't get in to the doctor you want to see, so you either have to see a different Dr who doesn't know your entire medical history or most of the time they are booked out a ways. This is somewhat expected as this is a pretty busy office. I do love the doctors and nurses though, they're pretty good and try to get you in quickly. Front desk staff is polite! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Customer service is awful. You will be put on hold every time you call, without fail. If you leave a message, there is about a 50/50 chance they will actually get back to you. However, once you do get in, the quality of care is excellent. I highly recommend NP Dawn Headings; she is kind and patient, and, unlike any other medical professional I have ever met, is willing to openly discuss costs and work with your insurance to get you care you can afford.March 25, 2017by Caitlin Hunsaker
