  As a working mother of 8 children one of the more important factors for me with any business is the flexibility. This has always been difficult for any doctors offices that usually only let you make 2 appointments at a time. It is easier for me to take one afternoon off work to get ALL of my kids to be seen at once then multiple afternoons....I was extremely grateful that Lifetime Vision was willing to bring multiple children in at a time. The staff is extremely personable and friendly. Kem Drotzmann went out of her way to check in on us in the waiting room, and one afternoon, when extremely busy and I had to wait a little longer she called me at home that evening to apologize. Dr. Drotzmann is thorough and ethical!!! He will not recommend anything unnecessary and make sure you are fully informed and educated about what is going on with your eyes. He also talked directly to my children, and directed the questions to them having them included in all aspects of the eye exams, and showing them the images of their eyes and teaching them the different parts of the eyes. It made their appointments fun and educational. We are new to the area and thankful that we found a great place for our families eye care!
